Redevelopment of pagdi system

I was living in pagdi system from 1985 till 2006 in Thane. In 2006 stair case part of our building fell. Due to this all tenants went for redevelopment of building. Till date builder has not started the redevelopment. Now builder want to go for redevelopment.

My carpet area is 220 square foot. My questions are as follows

1) What is minimum carpet area I should get after redevelopment.

2) Whether builder should give us free parking or not.

3) What should be the construction cost per square foot I should be paying him.

It would be great if someone could provide me his/her valuable points on above mentioned scenario.

construction cost and allotment of plinth area work is to be calculated by engineers of your local authority. But not lawyers.

Thanks for your quick reply. I got your point but still one doubt, are there any rules which says after redevelopment minimum 300 square feet area should be alloted.

I googled it and Under DCR 33(7) it says so. But not sure whether is it applicable in my case or not.
