Sir we won case against Staff selection commission on January11th 2023 . Court ordered to implement order within 4 month. But The commission didn't follow the order. Then we filed contempt petition in which the CAT Court issued notice returnable within 4 weeks. Sir i want to know will this notice force SSC to follow the order. Can they still manage to dodge the verdict for few more months. What is the meaning of returnable within 4 weeks and what is written in the notice. Please answer

CAT might hae fixed a date after four months?

Sir 17 th july is next date of hearing. Contempt notice was issued on 15th may Notice returnable within 4 weeks.
