biased recruitment process by a central corporation denied my candidature after the written merit list despite having valid credentials as per the advertisement. where should i file a petition to CAT bench or to highcourt and the jurisdiction of the recruitment authority. the corporation is based in new delhi and my written exam centre was in kolkata and i am not a central govt employee
