real estate fraud

i have bought a land in 1996 similarly 17 other persons buoght a flat in the same land from a same person but now that the person is dead . the problem is some one claims all the 18 houses is in his property and he said he has all the documents. the case is on the court now what can i do to defend my propert y which i bought ?

you must be having certified copy of the 7/12 extract of the land which states the name of the ow er of the land from whom you had purchased it. Hope you must have engaged an Advocate to defend you? Just share the photocpy of the documents with your Advocate related to the property ownership. also you need to check the documents of the other party who is claiming the ownership and try to prove it forged and fabricated, if it is.
