hello sir/ madam,
well, iam sujoe .i need some advice from the expert in the feild of law. my father passed away recently in aaccident . he had not writen any WILL.he had pleged his property documents to obtain loan from bank and chit company to construct house. now how can i get the property documents back from the bank and chit company. they are asking for suceesion certificate. even if we apply for the same should we pay stamp duty.should we apply if there is no dispute among the legal heirs. pleaswe advice
need to apply fothe same. kindly advice.
