SPECIAL MARRIAGE ACT 1954

I have filled a petition for Divorce in Mutual Consent. Now, I withdraw Mutual Consent and want to file a case of bigamy against my wife. My question is:- Can I lodge complaint for bigamy after withdrawing consent Mutual Divorce

Can anyone put light on the Sections 27(d) & (e) of Special Marriage Act 1954. What does these two sections denote ?

And how can Special Marriage Act is applicable for divorce when, both Husband and Wife are Hindus ?
