I need experts advice for the below items. Kindly help your best
1. For the second mothon mutual divorce petition, both the husband and wife not able to attend (both are NRI), but dont want let it cancel, what is the procedure for asking for extension? (both cant attend they need extension throuh lawyer help)
2. Husband and wife applied mutual divorce one year back, but after six months it get cancelled automatically since both are not interesed for divorce. Now they want to go for divoce again due to continous problems, do they need to wait for another six months and their application procedure will be totally new?
