To the best of my knowledge and belief, based on reading in the past, registration of sale deed in respect of immovable property anywhere in the State of Maharashtra can be made in the state capital city of Mumbai. I am about to finalize a deal for an ownership flat in Pune. The vender is Mumbai based. For his convenience, I want to register the sale deed in Mumbai but am not finding reference to that effect now to convince the other people concerned. May I request the Club members to please help me find the concrete reference to this effect.
