Agar kisi job ki Advertisement me sirf One post Handicapped ki ho to mertit ban jane ke baad emplyer kahe ke
ye to Visual Handicapped (VH) ke liye reserve thi to me mere paas ky option hai.
Act me VH ko prefrence ki koi bat nahi agat State Govt notification me VH ko prefrence de to challnege kaise kar sakte hai .
Aur any other suggestion jo aap dena chahe

Agar koi employer aisa kehta hai to aap usko vakil ke dwara notice dekar aisi kisi sharat ke pehle se na hone aur discrimination aur arbitrariness ka arop lgkar apni appointment kene ki mang kar sakte hain aur uske dwara notice ka jwab na dene ya aapka kaam na karne ki soorat main aap High Court main writ dayar karke apna kaam kra sakte hain.

AS per the Act (Disabilities Act), one vacancy shall be reserved out of first 33 seats for VH and next one seat for HH and the last one post for OH. the Act itself is very complicated. however, the employer can intersect the seats after obtaining the CG approval.
I dont think k kuch ho sakta hai... Court me Jaane k baad milegi to sirf Taarikhh..
