Hi,
I am supposed to get 58 thousand Refund from the income Tax Department for the FY 2008-2009. I have called Ward Officer on this and they are asking me to come to office and then only they can give me the information. Is there any way I can get informationon this without going to the income tax office. I went once and they just asked me to wait and then they asked me to come next day.
I am not sure how to get my money from income tax. Could some one help me on this.

You may file an application with RTI for speedy refund.
