Is it necessary to write everything story or primafacia while drafting petition of Restitution of Conjugal rights RCR. ???
Can this petition be simple of *half page ( 3 to 4 sentences)* that intentionally wife staying away from husband since 7 years after filing false 498A case.
So please praying before court to direct the wife to live with husband.
(As the trial for 498A is going on since 7 years so husband do not want to open his defence.)
Please guide.
I am 101 percentage sure that wife will not come back she is busy in her life.
Once judgement given for RCR, then I will file and write all prima facie facts story like desertion, cruelty by wife in divorce petition.
Will such small 3-4 sentences of drafting petition wil be considered in family court while filing RCR ? that intentionally wife staying away from husband since 7 years after filing false 498A case.
