Our ancestral property of around 10 acres is still in the name of our grandfather .
My grandfather had 3 sons .
Each of my uncle has one son.
I want to contruct a new house in the undivided property as well as dig a bore well for irrigation
My question is later on when the property is going to be divided can my cousin brothers ask for a share in the house that I construct as well as ask for the land that has the borewell .

Without division do not consturct the house and dig the borewell and cousins may ask the share in the house.
