I want to know the legal validity of the Rent Agreement that is generally prepared for 11 months. If there are disputes between the tenant and owner, can this agreement be used to vacate the tenant.
2. I had read in various forums that it is not mandatory to register a 11 month agreement.
3. Does the legal implications vary from state to state. I am specifically asking about jurisdiction of Greater Noida.
