I have one query i have filed my WS and in plaint bogus claim is made by Petitioner stating that someone else child was my child's classmate , before interim arguments i want to retrieve Attendance Register from school which school should produce on direction of court.
Is it possible to obtain order from court? if yes under which order and rule of CPC.
