Quashing of fir in absence of proclaimed offender by special

Hi,

Due to matrimonial issues i divorced my wife and she filed n-number of cases against me including 498a and forgery around 5 cases against me which run for past 8 yrs. for past 8 yrs i never been to india and residing in dubai. Compromise is done and I have to pay amount so that she can withdraw cases against me and my family members.

I want to know if i m required to go to quashing cases or my special POA person can represent and withdraw all cases. All the cases filed against me when i was in dubai.

i would like to know citation on quashing of fir in absence of proclaimed offender by special power of attorney in compromise cases.?

Do i personaly need to go and attend cases or can be represented by my father who has special POA?

Your personal appearance will not be mandated at the hearing of the quash petition. Any of your family members may remain present in the HC during the hearing of the compromise based quashing.
