PURCHASE OF PLOT OF SC /ST

Hello,

I want to purchase a plot of SC/ST  in lucknow.So can i purchase it or not.

Second case one plot is in name of Mr Sahu but this he paucjhsed form SC/ST so can i purchase this plot form Mr Sahu.

An agricultural land now being sold by SC/ST  for residential purchase ,so can it purchase by others.

Pls advise and suggest.

If land is converted in N.A than  no ristriction on sale or purchase.

The following matters needs to consider

1.From whom the SC /ST  receive the property ?

2.Whether there is any conditions in the documents?

3.What is the existing law for  property transfer among  SC /ST in your state?

4.Whether the land is converted as Non Agricultural land?

I agree with Umaji.

It all depends on local Tenancy act/laws, but before purchasing never forget to consult a good civil lawyer to avoid future litigation.
