I got the premises vacated from the tenant under seaction 13 A of Punjab rent control act. and tenant was given the 6 months time to vacate the property from High court.
Now after how much time i can rent out the property again. And this time will be effective from which date(from the time of decision or from the time Tenant has vacated the property)
