Ld. MM court acuitted the accused and take bail bond u/s437A crpc. Appeal filled before Ld. sessions court but from last seven months Ld. court issued five notices to accused via pf/rc, sho concerned p.s. and dasti which all are unserved but ld. session court insist on service and not proceeds in spite of application supported by affidavit for forfeitur of bond and proceeding u/s446 crpc. what do do to resolve deadlock if any idea please suggest?
