No. His duty and responsibility is to serve the people and not to commit any crime.

ART 105(3) PROVIDE CERTAIN IMMUNITIES AND FURTHER THE CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS WOULD BE INITIATED ONCE HE IS REMOVED FROM THE POST..
