Property settlement by a Muslim

I am looking to buy a property from a Muslim women, who acquired the property by way of a settlement deed from her father. I have the following questions:

1) Can any other legal heir to the father make a claim on the property (particularly in view of Muslim personal law) at a later date ? I am told the father bought the property with his own money, but I have no way of confirming this.

2) Is there any other provision of the Muslim pesonal law / laws relating to settlement deeds that I need to be aware of and which could possibly pose a problem at a later date.

Thanks in advance
