Introduction to case:
We have property(house with 1170 sq feet ) in our native which is common for 10 members ( 6 male and 4 female). as we belong to islamic religion so 2 share for male and 1 for female in that property.
Ealier we all live together and we came out from that house 15 years before.
Case:
Suddenly one day we got injection order from court stating that my uncle has major share in that house so we (my family) are not suppose to ask them to vacate that house which they are staying now and my uncle filed another case that we are bringing gundas to house and threading him(honestly we havent done anything like that).
points to be noted in property :
My father has 3 male share and 1 female share.(legally registered)
My uncle has 3 male share and 3 female share .(legally registered)
Steps taken from myside:
so we went to an advocate who is dealing with civil case in our native and we getting consulting from him.
Core scenario for posting in this question :
We got kevit(i am sure about this word) from high court chennai yesterday telling that if we got any order from lower court and is not valid it seems.
what is kevit from high court ? what are steps to be taken immediately to get our share only? kindly advice me more on this above scenario what should i do ? my uncle moving always step ahead of us because we are not aware of all these things even though we also almost have equal share so i am totally depend on this forum to make myself ahead.
