That is Her father in law was married a lady after his first wife was dead. she had two children boy and girl..when the boy had 6 yrs old father in law married again a lady as second wife.he was died in 1984 when the time of natural dead second wife had 2 children son and daughter.
deceased person was in government servent , so the officer approached the job under compassionate ground to the family. The elder son have 9 yrs and rest are below 10 yrs only. Second wife gives some promises to the elderson that first wife son and got the NOC and joined the government job from 1985 onwards. At the age of 15th year elder son discontinued his studies and jobbed in petrolbunk's cleaner boy,because of second wife's torcher .His sister also grown up with other youngers. Elder son gave his income for his food and livings..he was married at 25th year after his marriage he was thrown off from his home without any assest. Now they survive with good position...The problem is they recently found his own house which his father brought and lived that housed and land 500sqft was changed into his step mother's name without his knowldege and another thing is the signature of the elder son's also there in the document..threads.Due to this issue daughter of the first wife asked to the stepmother, she comes compromise with few lakhs.But the market value is double. In this case i have some doubt sir
1. stepmother had compassionate job..Is there any share she has?
2. How many shares are there? First wife had one son and one daughter and second wife has the same
3. What are all the legal step we would take to received the share?
We given a petition to commissioner of police, cm cell, land register office which the property was changed, and respected minister cell.
