property purchased by minor adopted daughter.

I want to purchase a plot/readymade house by the name of my MINOR ADOPTED GIRL CHILD, Is it possible, is there any legal problem ? I am living in chhattisgarh.

You can very well purchase the property in the name of your daughter. You will have to sign the sale deed on her behalf as as a minor cannot sign it.
