Person'X' died recently intestate in Andhra, he was having a son,2 daughters. daughters married in 2004& 2009.Son suffering with stage 4 gastric cancer, doctors told he may not survive more than 6 months.Son is having a child age 7yrs.'X' survive widow getting govt pension. Now X's daughter in law is not willing to give any land to daughters. she is objecting in all means like filing cases in police station that she is having life threat from Daughters of X. Son and mother lives in same place, but daughters in different places.
My question is
1.Daughters entitled to get any share in their fathers property
2.How can we divided
3.How to safe guard daughters from X daughter in law , as she is making false complaints.
4.Mother and even X are willing to share the property between son and daughter, where as son gets 50%, and rest to daughters.
