Property partition

hello ....I am from U.P . I want to know the detailed procedure of partition of property especially agricultural land among brothers.

family hieracrhy is---2 brthers ....from them. the next generation is---1 brther had 2 sons and the other brther one son..

u will have to file partition suit in civil court to get ur share as per court orders.
