Property ownership

Dear Sir/Madam,

My father-in-law passed away recently and he had 2 houses in his name. He has a wife, and 1 son and 4 daughters. All of them are married. Now there is issue going on the property.

Questions for clarifications

1) I know the son has the right on the property, but i would like to know whether these 4 daughters who are already married also have any rights on the property or not? By the way, Daughters are staying separately with their husbands.

2) Is his wife has the primary right on this property?

3) If the daughters have any rights on the property?, How can they claim the rights?

Best regards,

Sunil Kumar
