Property - Madras Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowments

Hi Team,

    We have some joint property under lease from Madras hindu religious & charitable endowments since 1892 on pepertual lease,  however from 2001 the land lease tax has gone up by 33% every three years.  As the revenue or income we obtain from these very old street houses are a minimum,  I would be pleased to hear what options we have in selling them or transfering the existing lease.
