Property litigation from the grandsons

Hi Everyone,

As my father have a agricultural land in outskirts of bangalore, that land was recieved from my grandma. Now the problem is my grandma bought the land in the year 1976 from a person "x" and the person "x" got that property from "Y" in the year 1951 registered in sub registrar office. The chain of title does not have any problem. But now the person "Y" who sold the property in the year 1951 his grandsons aged 28 and 30 are now filed a case in court stating that his grandfather sold it illegally. As of now the person "Y" and his son is expired now. We have all the registered documents till date.  The grandsons who have put case, those people does not have any document with them.

Prior to 1951 there is no document is available in sub registrar office, please let me how to dispute this issue. I heard some order has been passed by supreme court regarding Hindu undivided family, if it is so can anyone tell me the order no. Please help me regarding this issue.

Regards,

Chethan
