I Amol.Phansekar live in a joint family and we have signed an agreement with the builder throught SRA . I have all the documents viz. ration card, election card, gas connection, electricity bill, aadhar card on my father's name on one of the rooms. But when today i told them i want to separate the room. They told me it is not possible both the rooms will be considered as grandfather's property and it will be distributed equally. My father actually supported the complete family as no one was earning and the result is as mentioned. So is there any way i can get my room separated.
