my grand father had married two times. his second marriage was after the death of my first grand mother. and he had two son and one daughter by the first wife ( including my father ) and one son by second wife. now i want to know that for the property division how to divide it. at present my grand father and his both wives are expired. they have not made a will, so the property will divide in equal 4 part or any other way. because the second wife's son is asking half of the property , he has argument that his mother was second wife so there will be two part of property , one for him self and another for other three. so what is the real law this property is in surat, gujarat
