dear sir,
in 1987 my father have purchase property in Ahmedabad, in 04 names i.e. grandfather, father, uncle and uncle with bahanakhat only, now when in 2013 my uncle has occupied that house and has recorded only his own names in all documents of that property i.e. possession letter, allotment letter but he is not ready to show me original bahanakhat of 1987 which contains all 04 members name he says that now you go to diwani court and take legal actions against me i will not show any other documents to you.
sir frome where can i get 1987 yr. bahanakhat copy ? and will it help me to prove my right in that property or all is gone from my hands ? pls. reply.
