My Father has a propery (house self accquired) in Hyderabad, Andhra pradesh and expired 10+ years before. He did not leave any will, My mother also expired 5 years before. we are 4 children - myslef, my yonger brother, my younger sister 1( married), My younger sister 2 (Married).
Here are my questions
1, I was told that my sisters dont have any rights as the property belong in Andra pradesh, is this true?
2. Even if they have rights they are ready to give in writing that they dont want to Claim and give NOC. so the property has to be divided between myself and my brother without any litigation. Can you tell the process.
3. Is the death certificate of my mother required ? we dont have that certificate
