Property Dispute @ my home

Hi Professional.

Please advice me on below mentioned points:

I just got property from my mother through the sale deed which is registered document. But possession of this property is with my elder brother and he is denied to vacant this property.

Property Chain

From My Grandfather (Nana Ji) ->>> To My Mother (Sale deed)  -à>>> To My self (sale deed).

My Grandfather (Nana Ji) has only one daughter (my mother) and we are two brother.  

So could you please advice if how can I get vacated my place from my brother. As my brother already taken one of the property from my father and I am not owner of this property.
