My Grandfather has 2 house, 1 in his name & another on my grandmother's name, he expired on 2004, he have 3 children & they did the setelment with my grandmother to divide the 2 house property into 3 parts & in revert they will tack care of my grandmother & now my grandmother is refusing to give the share to the younger son as the property is in her name & the son donot tacke care of my Grandmother also the younger son is refusing to vacant the property which is still in my Grandmother's name, please suggest what to do.
