There are two shops of Municipality (Nagar-Palika) allocated to my Grandfathers. One shop is allocated to my real grandfather and the one other one is allocated to my grandfather's brother.
After the death of my grand fathers in 1981 their son i.e My father and my Uncle starts sitting on those shops.My father is sitting on a shop that is allocated to my grand father's brother and my uncle is sitting on a shop allocated to my real grandfather.bcoz there is a verbal agreement between my grandfather's that you will take this shop and i will take another one.
But now my uncle claims that the shop on which my father is sitting from last 30 years is mine because it is allocated against his father's name.
So suggest me what should i do???
