property dispute

Hello my grand father has his own purchased property worth near about 5 crores...but these days our family conditions are not good..my father has 3 sisters and all are very greedy and are disturbing our family peace...specially one of them...we cant live any more with our grandparents ...bcz they humiliate my father and mother and now us...my grandfather says that be our slaves than I will give u property otherwise I will give to 3 daughters...we cant be a slave..so we dnt care a lot about money...but we want justice for sacrificing our life in miser conditions ....how could my father or me get part in property. ..plz show directions

since its your grand fathers self aquired property he is free to give it to whomever he wish.only if he dies intestate your father will be entitled to get share in the property.if he writes a will without giving any share to your father you cant lay any claim over it
