Sir ,
my wife is one of two daughters of her family. Her parents are making a will enabling full wealth to her sister. Can i challenge the validity of that will ? Do my wife have any right to claim a percentage of her parents property? She is from kerala christian family. Please give expert advice.

What kind of property is it, ancestral or self earned by UR inlaws?

if its self earned by her parents you cant lay any claim as she is free to give to whomever she wants.if its ancestral property then she can will only her share in the ancestral property and not the entire property
