LEGAL POSITION ON THE FOLLOWING REQUESTED:

My maternal parents property is due for sharing/disposing.  My maternal parents i.e. my grand parents are no more since decades.  Kindly advise me the legal stand/my right on the property incase my mother refuses to give my entitlement as I am the grandson.  The property is purely ancestrol and not self acquired by my mother.
