                                how my sister can claim the proerty on husbands name who is bit weak psyco patient his father died one month back . as my brother in law is not claiming anything and he is being threatened by his elder brother in many ways. now my sister is in dilemma and she do not know how the distribution is done by her father in law .how my sister can claim this for secure future of her children
