Proof of sound mind

Dear Experts I want to know whether a bank statement in which a person does operate normally could be a proof of soundness of his mind in a court of law as he alleged in a court that he has been a person of not of sound mind. whereas in between he opened a fresh bank account in HDFC bank also operate his existing account through ATM, cheque and cash. Also state if any judgement over this issue in your knowledge

Normally a person of sound mind can handle such transactions.

So adduce with evidence.

A medical specialist e.g; psychiatrist can examine and declare a person if of sound/unsound mind.
