Dear Sir,
I got a Lawyer notice on 6-3-2012 saying that my Father took 2 lacs on 15-03-2009 and gave a Promissory note.
My Father expired on 27-03-2009, nobody has approched me since that date and suddenly they gave us notice they included my name , mother name and my sister name as defendents because we are legal hires of my father.
I went to court and verified the docunemts and I found that the GR number was dated on 15-03-2012.
Now my doubt is the date on promissory is 15-03-2009 and it will expire on 14-03-2012.
but the GR date is 15-03-2012, this case is valid ? or as per the date (15-03-2012) it will be rejected ?
