Hi, I have purchased a "dolphins elite fabric sofa cum bed" on 17th October 2016 from snapdeal.com. i got the product at discounted rate. i got a delivery date between 12th to 16th of november 2016.
After crossing the given delivery date, i. e. 18th november 2016 i got a message from snapdeal.com that your order has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded to my account.
but they have not given a valid reason for the cancellation. moreover the product is still listed on snapdeal.com site with higher price.
Kindly suggest for help.
