The person desirous of obtaining the caste certificate approaches the Patwari (at the Tehsiladar Office), who after checking the revenue record (if the applicant is an owner), gives him the same. If the applicant is not an owner, his details are checked from the responsible persons of the area.
Procedure
The applicant approaches the Tehsil office and applies through the form and submits the papers issued by the Patwari. The Tehsildar will check the papers and after due satisfaction, would issue the necessary caste certificate.
