I had rented my ground floor house and the tenant have been staying there for 4 years. They have not paid the rent for the past 8 months and have now absconded. They had initially signed an agreement for 11 months, which is renewed every 12th month. The agreement is not registered. What is to be done to get the possession of the house? Can anybody guide me regarding that.
