Residence flat is in the name of Mother . And father is the Nomination . Now my client want to Add his Son name with his Mother name as joint holder .
Let me know the procedure for the same .

The grandmother has to execute a gift deed in favour of her grandson

Sir here there is no grand mother .
Mother wants her son name to be added as joint name . And share certificate should also show Mother and son joint holder .
I need procedure for adding the name .

Mother sale / gift 1/2 share in her son name and registered this document in registrear office then she added joint name in society share certificate.
