The employer has to pay wages/payouts till LWD (last worked day).
The notice pay may also be applicable.
The notice period/pay is governed by various enactments applicable to establishment/employer/employee.
In certain conditions retrenchment compensation may also become applicable.

What exactly you want to ask in your last post;
“what if the owner cheats me of my last worked day pay. what action i can take against them.please explain.thanks”
It is one day pay for last day on which you work for employer?
Keep someone with you (Employee’s/trade union leader/colleague etc ) and try to record admission that you were asked to resign ( or verbally terminated) and also if employer declines to pay wages/payouts etc .
Download your record of attendance and work done on each day.

Take copy of register.
Firm up your next employment ASAP.
If you are asked to resign don't so on the spot.
Somehow manage to let you resign a day after or so or let yuo remain in emploment uptil payday or till you find another employment..
You can send email later mentioning that on dated...................you were asked to resign hence you are submitting notice of resignation and mention notice period/LWD.
If you can't handle tender notice of resignation and keep copy and let him accept it with immediate effect.
Get in touch with local employee's/trade unions.
