I served for 12 years in central government and applied to a State Autonomous Body through proper channel. I got selected in autonomous body and I submitted technical resignation to the central government and joined the autonomous body. I was granted pro rata pension for my service in central government. If I resign from the autonomous body, will my pensionary benefits get affected. My colleagues in my previous department in central government are frightening me saying that since you technically resigned and the pension was given as you joined the autonomous body, leaving the autonomous body will lead to stoppage of pension. Kindly advise.
