APMC Act in Maharashtra allows licensing to Private Market (APMC). It requires completion of essential infrastructure with investment of Rs. 2 Crores for getting license. The Director of Marketing is suppose to issue license within 30 days from completion of infrastructure.
I just want to know if license is not issued within stipulated time can we file writ petition with concerned High Court? or is there any alternative way of getting license on time as there is huge investment involved.
Need your valuable suggestion on the matter.
