Prefix adv. before name

I passed LL.B. in the year 2004 and enrolled as an advocate in the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. Then joined Govt. Service and informed Bar Council about the same to place my enrollment in non-practising advocate. Can I prefix Adv. before my name while in Govt. Servie as a non-practising advocate.
