Dear querist, is it registered previously by your ancestors?  How can you tell that the temple is yours?  Is there any vendor to sell or power of attorney? state full facts. You can now form a society under a name which includes " xxxxxxx temple development society" and get it register under Societies Registration Act, 1860.
